I’d like to post a picture of an electorla map but you’ll have to trust me, the immediate Houston area has

• 5 districts on te US House
• 24 seats on the TX State House
• 7 seats in the TX State Senate.

Best Guess:
Some of those seats and a ton of state and federal dollars flows into those areas because the census counts illegals.
