“On June 18, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a 5-4 decision finding that the Trump administration’s termination of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was (1) judicially reviewable and (2) done in an arbitrary and capricious manner, in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).[1]”

aka not giving a damn about DACA, its 700,000 members or the 200,000 citizens who are children of DACA.
Allan
was that before or after they attempted to terminate the program?

Anyway, I certainly didn’t expect an apology when you falsely said I was telling a “bald face lie” and I proved that Trump had indeed offered to include DACA in a statute, just as I said. It never occurred to me that you would even admit that you were wrong. Not once.

Recent polls show growing consumer confidence and satisfaction with the economy so that meh be weakening as an issue.
Interesting that Biden’s age/competence are not one of the winners. Does that reflect his SOTU performance?
Trump on the stump seems unable to get away form his insistence that the 2020 election was stolen. Where should that issue fit in this hierarchy?
You are forgetting one fact.
Being energy independent requires a great deal of hard work.
Saying you will beocme energy independent requires no more than flapping one’s lips.
It’s like infrastructure. You can talk about “infrastructure week” or you can do the work and pass an infrastructure bill.
You can do the work of finding proof that an election was stolen or you can whine about how it was stolen.
MAGA tends to the lip flapping, no work required solutions.

Nope, can’t afford the points.
Correct, but no more correct than pointing out that public opinion regarding the economy has been trending upward as inflation moderates, employment gains remain strong and the stock market soars.

Inflation moderates is not helping at the grocery store. And neither is the stock market.
Don’t be tone deaf.
It’s not me; the national poll data make it clear that public opinion on the eoncomy is improving. Don’t be blind to what is happening around you.

What does “inflation is moderating” mean?

It’s not 7% any more.
It’s still higher than what the FED wants, so they’re gonna keep interest rates elevated. Prices are still going up – faster than they should. Libs think they have a meaningful talking point – “Inflation isn’t oppressive any more. Now it’s just high.” It’s a winner!

Absolutely. Slower than before. But still faster than the FED wants.
So … slower, but still faster.
