88 till 92. No need to look them up. I am well aware that they happen, just that I didn’t see them where I was stationed. My main point was there are a hell of a lot more non rapists then there are rapists and the ones that do rape should be dealt with as harshly as possible.

Well I didn’t see any either and I was there quite a bit longer. If I had seen it, I would have stopped it. Duty first, you know.
