Republican discussed violent attacks and surveillance with rightwingers

Such bad spelling/grammar in those chats

Excast: “What is the appropriate response to Nazis and white nationalists?”

Me: Debate and counter arguments that make more sense to rational people. But Democrats are not able to rally rational arguments against even those they imagine to be White Supremacists. I suspect that if Dems tried to argue against the White Supremacist views they imagine various individuals hold, they would find that those individuals also reject those same white supremacist tenets. But it’s easier to call black conservatives White Supremacists, and conservative Jews anti-Semites, even though that makes no sense at all.

Back to Howard Stern.

Haha. And the fascists. You forgot them.

There is nothing wrong with white people being patriots/nationalists, i.e. white nationalists. If you mean White Supremacists, then use that term. Don’t slander white people who are nationalists with implication that they are ipso facto supremacists.

Whaaaaaaa?

-blinks-

“If you see Republicans in a restaurant or a petrol station, gather a crowd , get in their face and tell them they are not welcome.” Such incitement to children with no emotional self-control is a exhortation to them to mob violence, because that is the inevitable end result of such brats getting together with a crowd of fellow brats.

Who was the poster here that said he was a proud white nationalist? Before he knew what it meant.

It’s hard to keep track of all of the insane remarks around here.

spiderman

Antifa is not anti-fascist. They are anti-conservative. They CLAIM to be anti-fascist, but they themselves behave just like fascists, except their aim is a global authoritarian dictatorship rather than individual national authoritarian dictatorships. They call anyone right of themselves fascists to justify their incontinent rage against anyone who disagrees with global socialism.

No fault of yours but my phone doesn’t like that link for some reason (blank screen). Can you provide another. Apologies.

It was Trump who said five million illegals voted.

Looks like he pasted it twice.

From @DougBH link

“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere. We’ve got to get the children connected to their parents. We don’t know what damage has been done to these children. All that we know is they’re in cages. They’re in prisons. They’re in jails. I don’t care what they call it, that’s where they are and Mr. President, we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we are to let you know you cannot get away with this,”

Waters, however, did not call for physical harm to the officials or harassment against Trump’s supporters.

So there was no threat of violence. Just the fears and hurt feelings of some on the right. Thanks for clearing that up.

It looks like that link was somehow double copied. Delete the second https:…

Ok, thanks. It doesn’t appear that Watters made threats of physical violence, right? I’m not sure that is comparable to someone who is talking about physically attacking someone else. Wouldn’t you agree? It seems like you are drawing a false equivalence here.

Hmmm…if you see them create a crowd. Push back on them…

hmmmm…
