Yet, do you think the Plaintiffs that had their cases thrown out are represented by Giuliani?

Why call for disbarment unless it is a means to silence.

This stance should concern anyone who has to be in a court of law at some point in their lifetime.

They are worried that the wide spread dem voter fraud will be seen for what it is in court.

The stolen election could get away from them.

Hence this unheard of dem is going after the presidents lawyers.

Have you by any chance seen how these lawsuits have held up in court so far? I don’t think Biden has anything to worry about there if their performance so far is any indication.

I would suggest that anyone that wants to look into actions that could result in an attorney being disbarred or sanctioned to read Rule 11 of civil procedure.

He has filed lawsuits in 5 states seeking to disbar these lawyers for bringing frivolous lawsuits in relation to the 2020 presidential election. The lawyers in question have either dropped lawsuits or had them dismissed due to a lack of evidence and / or standing. Mr. Pascrell believes this behavior to be unethical and believes the lawyers should be disbarred.
