Mueller has demonstrated time and time again that he is not interested in facts about Russian collusion. This has been a witch hunt from the beginning that has and will not EVER turn up anything detrimental to the President. Why is he waiting until after the mid-terms? Of course he’s hoping for democrat increases in Congress but he ain’t gonna get 'em! Is he going to change the findings (certainly not beneath a character of his stripe) after the Red Tsunami on November 6th?
