I wonder who is pooping their pants today, hoping not to be named as a person who paid his bond?

Is it common for a judge to demand release of the name of the person providing bond? What purpose could there be in that except to tacitly threaten that person to try to make them withold that amount?

From what I read the judges ruling was based on transparency needed due to the high amount of bail presents an opportunity for someone to try and buy political influence.

Then again Santos said he would rather go to jail than reveal the names, we all know he is a man of his word so I am sure he will ask the bail to be repaid to his “family members” and allow himself to be remanded.

So it was family members after all but Santos said he would rather go to jail than have their names revealed
