There is nothing to “judge”. A person is either authorized to be here legally, or they are not.

All they are entitled to is an appearance before an administrative judge to give them a chance to prove they are in the country legally.

There is no possible way to ensure judges are not biased.

They are getting their due process as required through the existing system, it just needs to be expanded so the cases can be expedited.

They aren’t entitled to anything else as per repeated SCOTUS rulings.

I volunteer to review each judge to be sure he is not biased.

Just send em back.
