It’s well know that lots of prosecutors will encourage a plea bargain to lesser charge for quick conviction.

It’s also well know that different states report violent crimes differently.

Or should I assume I’m dealing with bunch of ■■■■■■■ illiterates here?

Which is it.

Also I want to point out you libs convinced us that illegalls don’t report crimes because they’re here illegally.

But now you’re trying to convince me that all crimes are reported?

Again which is it libs?

Stop being a hypocrite. Seriously. If you’re totally illiterate say so.

Okay. On the first page of my search, I found this article about a study done of unreported homicides. It looks like it’s driven by lapses in police participation.

Homicide reporting discrepancies vary enormously by state, MAP found. Mississippi leads the nation in reporting failures at 238 homicides in 2018, followed by Texas, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, California, Illinois, North Carolina and Tennessee. The study also found significant failures to report homicides of Native Americans, infants and the elderly.

So leading the way in unreported murders, we have:

  1. Mississippi
  2. Texas
  3. Florida
  4. Alabama
  5. Georgia
  6. Ohio
  7. California
  8. Illinois
  9. North Carolina
  10. Tennessee

California is well know for downplaying violent crimes…now ask yourself why that is Marge.

Look at the single mother stats.

The only one that has drawn any conclusions as to what degree crimes are reported or not reported, and how that varies state by state, is you.

You were called on failing to support your claim, nothing more.

Instead of simply providing the information, you are imagining all sorts of responses from people that you did not get.

I’m sure you will continue to do so (again- always a pattern with you- you debate and discuss with the imaginary people in your head far more often than you do real people).

But you may surprise me and do something different for a change.

I won’t hold my breath for that.

There’s a lot of stats, and many of them reflect poorly on black people. I’m stuck somewhere between “Let’s get a Platinum Plan going!” and, "Whatever, someone’s race is gonna be at the bottom of the barrel, and black people just happen to be second from the bottom. It won’t be like that forever. :person_shrugging: "

Do you think its possible to both hold the belief that abortion is murder and that it should be left up to the states?

Nonsense, its a natural right.

Isn’t that pretty much the going conservative trend?

Are there conservatives who believe “the killing of a human being with malice aforethought” should be decided on the state level?

Can’t speak for conservatives on whatever that is, but I’m definitely under the impression that most conservative believe abortion is both murder, and a power not delegated to the federal government by the constitution. :person_shrugging:

Seems to me that many leftists are not just lying about what laws are passed in red states,. They are also making up laws that have not even been passed and spreading those lies as facts.

Its part of the federal code outlawing abortion. I just took away the “unlawful” part:

"(a) Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree.

Any other murder is murder in the second degree."

I would think that logically if one believes a federal law against (or allowing) abortion is unconstitutional so is the above.

Which laws?

Laws that politicians are trying to pass are just as discussion worthy as laws that they have passed.

OK, so you’re conflating things for argument’s sake. You could’ve just said that in the beginning. lol
