Just to put it in context, not only were there no votes against Judge Brann he was confirmed by a GOP Senate with Mitch McConnell as the Senate Majority Leader no dissenting votes.

added bonus? the judge went a bit too far. this was a case seeking injunctive relief, the facts have not been presented yet and there has been no evidentiary hearing. delaying certification would not disenfranchise one voter never mind 7 million, it would simply delay it until the case could be heard on the merits. all this judge did was delay that further.

So the accusation that he is an activist judge Obama appointee is total BS. He is a fair minded serious judge who slammed the “evidence “ before him as an insult to jurisprudence.

pssst… this was a case seeking injunctive relief, there was no evidentiary hearing. that comes later, which is why this judge seems to have gone a bit far. injunctive relief is not granted based on the merits (which haven’t been heard yet), it is based on the judges opinion of the likelihood of success.
It was dismissed under rule 12b6.
In other words, even taking Trump’s allegations at face value, the case still fails.

If you saw Sidney Powell on Newsmax last night…the answer is “no”.
And Jenna Ellis, after first claiming Rudy and Judge Brann “established a good rapport” (LOL!) is now descrying the judge as an “Obama appointee”, even though it is said Judge Brann is to the right of almost everyone on SCOTUS.
No they will push this to the 3rd Circuit…where it will fail…and then to SCOTUS…where it will fail.
And then we shall see what lame ass attempt Powell makes to “introduce” Operation Chavez China Soros to the courts.
But if it makes Georgia Trump supporters not vote in Georgia on Jan 5? Then go for it Donald!

This may actually work. Both races are a dead heat and with the turnout as small as its expected to be, Democrats could conceivably take both seats.
This would be the point where a sane political party would have said, okay, we lost the presidency but now the Senate is up in these races we need your vote. Not don’t vote it’s pointless it’s rigged that’s the only reason the president lost.
I hope they do this right up until December 14th or whatever. And Trump won’t stop saying it after.
