How did the state break the rule? He pleaded guilty. He was sentenced and by the accounts did his time and let go because of good behavior. Not something new.
The State denied him the evidence that was in their possession that verified that what he said happened … that he didn’t break in and that he was escorted through the building by cops. He pled guilty to the false charge to get a reduced sentence … it happens all the time… innocent people admitting to doing something they did not do because they are afraid to go to court on charges that could get them a far more severe punishment. People have even pled guilty to murders they did not commit to get a lighter sentence rather than take the chance of a life sentence or death. Surely you know that, don’t you?
Have you noticed any inconsistencies of those prosecuted on the left and the right? What did he plead guilty too? Was it murder? Was it arson? Was it violence? Was it armed robbery? What was it that he did, that he should have been placed in prison for so long for? Tell me? Now compare it to how real criminals are being treated by the left.
Manhattan’s new DA has ordered his prosecutors to stop seeking prison sentences for hordes of criminals and to downgrade felony charges in cases including armed robberies and drug dealing, according to a set of progressive policies made public Tuesday.
