They could probably spends less and have a more permanent solution if they used the fund to buy bus fare to Portland OR, for their homeless population.

Or they could cut off the allowance they give to homeless people.

They could let the things that vote defecrat eat it. They like that kind of thing anyway.

Nothing like a good old fashioned cholera outbreak to solve the homeless problem.
