That is not my interpretation. That is the contents of much fo the sworn testimony that has been heard to date. There is no precedent or basis to change US foreign policy to have a foreign government announce an investigation of a political rival. There are US channels for investigating corruption, which Donald Trump clearly chose not to use because it would have been more difficult to cover up his pursuit of personal benefit.

The President did not release “the entire transcript of the call”…he released an edited version and even that was damning.

The notion that Ukraine was “neutral” when military assistance hung in the balance is laughable.

The paradoxical the impeachment was rushed and contemporaneously delayed defence. At this stage there doesn’t appear to be a likelihood that witnesses will be involved in the Senate trial. Trump has no-one who can refute the evidence that was provided during the House of Reps impeachment inquiry/hearing.
