All the Republicans voted exactly the same way while several Democrats broke away from their caucus so yeah obviously its only the Dems being partisan.

I hope your are not assuming that there is some exact taped transcript somewhere. This was recorded as conversations with foreign leaders have been for decades.
There is no exact recordings, only reporting by professionals.
