While that seems silly on it’s face, and the word “microaggression” makes me cringe… they do state that “linguistic and writing research has shown clearly for many decades that there is no inherent “standard” of English.” as the fundamental philosophy behind this.
So behind all the PC crap, is the question of what is actually “proper” or the “standard”, and who defines it; they apparently have decided that is not fixed and is defined by region/culture to some degree.
But honestly, it was hard for me to even try to rationalize that, bunch of nonsense 
Trump is all sorts of sciencey, for instance take his scientific theory of relativeofme. It states, the female form becomes exponentially more attractive when they are a relative of me…like my daughter.
