President Trump First Year Second Term Success

You’re swallowing MSM bull feces and regurgibleating it exactly as they planned.

The worst President in our nation’s history is the traitor Joe Biden that Trump now has to clean up after, removing millions and millions and millions of illegals that are costing us billions and billions and billions annually. Now…post ANYTHING you can come up with against Trump to compare with that?

Check Trump’s poll numbers. Clearly, he’s not doing as good a job as his supporters believe.

“Come on maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan.”

Name anything Trump has done to compare with Biden allowing millions and millions of illegals into this nation.

“Experts” in this case would most likely be liberal University history or political science professors…some right back from immigration law protests. About as impressive as Lincoln being rated by former slave holders.

May be but then he would be ranked the 75th worst ……. :upside_down_face:

Other than warpspeed, Trump has accomplished nothing as president. Everything he has done has been through EO. All of it will be wiped out with the next Dem president on day one.

So shutting down the border from millions and millions and millions of illegals coming into this nation that costs us billions and billions and billions on an annual basis and doing so in just 30 days IYO is, “nothing”?

Uh, huh…just like Biden did with the closed border Trump handed him in 2021.

I did not think he would be able to do this so well.

On that alone I am very happy.

Deportations I looked at as a bonus. Expected the Dems to make better pitch for some form of amnesty.

What Trump has done with deportation is a sweet bonus.

What would be great now is for Reps to take the initiative and lead on a path of legal worker residency status for the otherwise law abiding migrants.

Not citizenship. Legal worker resident. No census for vote appropriation. An annual fine of 1000.00 to 5000.00 for illegal entry. Can bargain on this. Place in line for citizenship will determine length of fine. Child status will be a mitigating factor.

These are the discussions we are missing while going full retard on enforcement harassment.

And there is the Dignity Act on the table that would do this. There’s opposition from extremes on both sides, and it’s essentially dead in the water right now. And its original proposal has grown to over 400 pages (and maybe more), which dampens my eagerness for it. But I would like to see something like that.

Essentially, make the undocumented aliens into documented aliens, an puts them at the end of the current immigration line, but lets them stay as a visitor until their turn in line comes up.

Until something like that passes, all illegal aliens are subject to deportation. That’s just how it is. If you get caught up in DHS sweeps, you end up on the bus back home.

A Dignity bill would address the human element of the matter. The optics of sad stories. The established breadwinner getting ripped away from his family. Etc. It would give the nation a chance to readjust to what is already here. The proposed bill would maintain control of inflow. Opponents to that approach say, “But a Dem administration will turn around and undercut it …” In my opinion, that sort of demonizing politicking has to stop. Let’s do something with a good middle ground and make it work.

That is what I want to see.

Since America has been psychologically sterilized I can support more LEGAL immigrants.

Making babies used too be a fun job.

:innocent:

Well, Disturbed’s point seems to be that, as soon as Democrats are in power again they can and will open up the border again.
I agree with him. That is why we must never let this happen.

We tried that under Reagan and the democrats lied.
You really expect us to believe anything the democrats promise again?

We weren’t diligent in enforcing the previous attempt. Lesson learned.

I’ll just repeat this: Let’s do something with a good middle ground and make it work.

Agree.

I want to be generous with immigration.

We NEED it to be secure and immigrants that aspire to live by the Constitution.

NO.

We need to make the legal process functional enough to render illegal entry a non-option.

…both sides of the aisle lied IMO.

What you are calling for is the same stupidity. There is no middle ground. Democrats lied to get what they wanted. We believed they would do what they promised. I will not support that stupidity again.
If we do what you propose how are you going to make the democrats liars do what they are promising to do?
The democrats won’t allow the what the GOP wants done to be enacted first. They will agree to enacting what the GOP wants at some later date. Usually, many years later. All so they can get their new voters first and they will have time to overturn and refuse to fund what the GOP wants.
For me amnesty for anyone is off the table. Dreamers included.
There is no middle ground. The democrats burned that bridge.

Of course, the Dems say that about the GOP.

And that forces an outcome of either:

All GOP or all Dem to the victor,

or

perpetual fighting.

There were plenty of country club/chamber of commerce Republicans who definitely did not want all illegal aliens gone from the workforce.
