Putin just handed Harris and Biden a win this week; he clearly knows that these are people who understand international diplomacy. As Vance showed, anyone can get Trump to do their bidding if they offer enough flattery to assuage his insecurities.

Go back to their joint appearance in Helsinki, when Trump said he believed Putin over US intelligence. Putin knew Trump had promised to get the prisoners out; he was hedging his bets against a Trump loss.
Putin vastly prefers Trump; who will hand him Ukraine and do his best to break up NATO.

That kind of self description is generally only done when requested by someone with visual impairment.
It isn’t a random thing that Kamala or anyone,just goes ahead with wherever they are.
But congrats on finding a 2 year old video of Kamala being inclusive with people with visual impairments.

I mean they wouldn’t take her seriously. They wouldn’t take any US president seriously. Maybe the ghost of Reagan since the Soviets did actually respect him a decent bit.
Its actually become pretty common in meetings to take this approach especially with anything streamed or on zoom like platforms.
My employer has been doing this for well over a year now not just internally but with clients.
I admit it does sound a bit strange at first but its becoming pretty standard business practice.

Putin knows that a Harris Presidency would continue to support Ukraine while a Trump Presidency would not. Which outcome would be more appealing to Putin?

For the same reason people choose specific colors to wear.
For those who are maybe not blind, but visually impaired but can match a color to a voice.
Or care about what pronouns she prefers. Would sighted people need to know that either?
