But again i am very happy that people have found ways to make money. In case of President Trump he found a way to do it and enjoy the barking of seals. Good for him.

Going back to your meme (ten years old, btw, might want to find something fresh), again, it demonstrates the exact opposite of what you hope to show. Ask yourself these questions, John - first, why the pre-1964 requirement? Coins did not suddenly become “Federal Reserve Coins” in 1964. And why not take nickels? The answer to both questions is the same.
Then, ask yourself if they would honor that price if someone paid with a United States Note? In your parlance, that is a dollar, completely separate from the Federal Reserve.
