Until Republicans have majority, oversight and chair the Judiciary committee the “damning” report is only that. The whistleblowers will need to be brought before the chamber, their claims put on the record and the minority members can embarrass themselves in public asking silly questions or attempting to trash the subpoenaed individual’s reputations.
Merrick Garland has had months to prepare for this bloodletting. His own people are ratting him out, he should resign on Nov 9th so his pension and benefits bonus remain intact.
