Power Hungry Democrats Political Prosecutions

The ridicules and Banana Republic dictatorial and unconstitutional political prosecutions from the democratic party is to the point of our losing something we can’t get back. To me their should be nationwide protests but we are too apathetic. and the Marxist left knows it. We dig our own graves on this…

Half the country can’t believe one of the major candidates is a crook who has been indicted for his crimes.
Half the country can’t believe we have gone to the level of Putin’s Russia where political opponents are banned from running and gone after by the political/justice system.
And here we are.

They want to turn our Republic into Venezuela.

Their (c) elevators don’t go to the top floor.

They seem to be bitter miserable creatures that want the rest of us to be miserable as well.

Does anyone have a doubt that Trump had an affair with Stormy Daniels and then engineered hush money payments?

Let us establish that first.

As I’ve said now for years, our federal government has been weaponized. I look forward to Trump being re-elected, turning the tables on all of this, cleaning out the swamp, removing illegal aliens and taking our country back from the insanity that has taken it over.

Doesn’t matter if they want to or not.

They already have. Its done.

The great asset of the Constitution is now just a political party game.

FWIW Trump and Ms. Danielles have in writing denied any affair.

Yes. I spent much of my career as a forensic accountant investigating and testifying in court about things such as falsifying expenses. It’s a good thing he never took his company public, or he’d be facing SEC charges as well.

Ignore all the drama from Trump saying it’s a “political prosecution.” This type of crime is routinely taken to court for criminal charges - no matter what field of work the person doing it is in.

Do you think that the affair didn’t happen?

If he had an affair it might be immoral but it’s not illegal. Neither is paying someone for his or her silence. Bill Clinton paid off Paula Jones if I remember.

It happened nearly 10 years ago. Prosecution of this non crime was passed up by other prosecutors including I think Mr Bragg the first time around. He then perhaps saw the level of notoriety Ms James has gotten, or maybe whoever this farce in the White House called said said “Alvin. You need to put down the donut and get on this…with the right judge you can keep him in court and off the trail for a long time…don’t worry about the statute of limitations questions here’s how you get around that…don’t worry that his crimes are misdemeanors we can fix that…”

This is imho criminal destruction of our justice system by a collection of frauds more willing to create dangerous precedents to get one man than to follow the law.

Sickos like that should never be allowed in power.

One would think that a brilliant thinker like you could see that?

I agree.

That part is the matter of contention. Cohen went to jail for this same action and Trump was named as an unindicted co conspirator in that case.

So if Cohen broke the law and went to jail for this… why should Trump get a pass?

the payoff happened in 2016. eight years ago.

does that exceed the statute of limitations for this crime?

i wonder why his lawyers have thought of that. lol

It’s best just to get used to this new political tool or as the Mandalorian says “This is the way”.

You appear to have just made the argument that no felony occurred and thus the statute of limitations has expired.

I’m no lawyer…Andy McCarthy is…he says this whole circus side show is unconstitutional. O believe him.

“ What a disgrace. It’s always possible to be surprised. The indictment brought by Manhattan’s elected Democratic district attorney Alvin Bragg against Donald Trump is even worse than I’d imagined.

Bragg’s indictment fails to state a crime. Not once . . . but 34 times. On that ground alone, the case should be dismissed – before one ever gets to the facts that the statute of limitations has lapsed and that Bragg has no jurisdiction to enforce federal law (if that’s what he’s trying to do, which remains murky).” Alvin Bragg's Trump Indictment Fails as an Indictment | National Review

Sadly the American left and the corrupt Democrat party in its desperation to keep the worst President in history in office is willing to do irreparable harm to this country’s legal system just to get one man.

Democrats are sick.
