Those that are there permanently are in charge…regardless of a title. The outcome proves they’re either incompetent or corrupt but both are deal breakers in my world and I’d fire them.

Keep in mind estimated errors. These error numbers are based on sample of 100,000.

The report is presenting itself as a quality measure and not the “true count”.

Gonna take a lot more effort to sort out underlying causes for errors and get a true sense of the magnitude.

The press is running a bit ahead of the story reporting these #s as fact in my opinion.

Not sure “accuracy” was the issue as much as control .

They delayed the start to fight for a citizen question then rushed the end to make sure Trump controlled the final product.

The citizen question could be argued as turnout suppression, but it didn’t happen anyway.

Ok. I agree with your post and the one immediately before it…with the exception of the premature conclusion over whose fault it is. I’m just saying that losing congressional representation and funding based on miscalculations of this size, if they hold, is not acceptable and needs to be examined in detail so the same errors don’t happen again. If the results include saying more time should be allowed to reviewing a census before it is released, fine…or if it is whatever. You have to know what broke to fix it.
