Yep - it’s pretty near impossible to be a conservative AND be a member of the GOP in it’s current iteration. The party basically stands for whatever position Trump happens to be taking at the moment now.
I find this inaccurate. Trump’s new Republican Party is made up of only two groups: (Group A) Those who admire, love, praise, and promote Trump, and (Group B) those who do not.
Qualfications for Group A: Asserting that Trump is always right, no matter what.
Qualifications for Group B: Disagreeing with Trump once; disparaging him once; or not agreeing with him 100% of the time.
This forum is a perfect example of this fact, as anyone not lockstep with Donald is derided as a “never Trumper.”

“Conservatives” do not exist in this party. That name has been hijacked and bandied about so much that even Dysentary Donald is called one.
Remember that Bush was a conservative. Now he’s not.
Ditto McCain and Romney.
The title is just stamped onto the person running until their time is up. Then they get tossed in the “RINO” pile.
New voters will be the young who are indoctrinated since birth by the liberal education system, the media and entertainment. New immigrant voters will be those most dependent on government assistance, which LIBs will dole out in large doses. The court will be packed with 13 justices (7 to 6 in favor of LIBs). LIB definition of crazy rulings will be anything that doesn’t square with their socialist view of the world.
Legislation from the bench by LIB justices will become the norm. The WH will have little patience for any legislative delays and will simply bypass congress when it suits their need and the SCOTUS will happily rubber stamp those executive orders.
Voter ID will be a thing of the past. Ballot harvesting will ensure DEMs always have the votes necessary to defeat their GOP opponents in key federal elections. State initiatives to force their electors to mirror the popular vote will be mandated across the board by the federal government, with the rubber stamp approval of the newly packed SCOTUS. The LIB dream of having the popular vote elect our President will finally be realized.

A little bit of a broad brush there, don’t you think? I mean Trump could just do everything in his power to cripple the biden admin by starting fires before(if) he leaves. Maybe he starts a war by nuking Iran and then the Dems will be too busy cleaning everything up for two years and the GOP gets back in power.
By “if” I mean if he loses. Because he may still win.
None of that will happen. Power will be transferred peacefully as it has for every election since our founding.

I’m hoping, but President Trump doesn’t strike me as someone who is gracious in defeat.
He will piss and moan and declare the election to be fraudulent. That’s essentially what DEMs did to Trump when he won in 2016. We all saw how well that went for them.
So yes he will likely throw a hissy fit, but in the end power will transfer peacefully to Biden if Trump loses.

Too bad at least 1M voters who voted for Queen Hillary with the Sacred Vagina weren’t smart enough to have moved from CA to OH, PA, MI, WI, FL, and NC and voted for her in those states.
Conservatives are the Trump supporters.
You like the rino’s who have been running the party since Reagan. The same rino’s who did not like Reagan.
They like dem lights like Bush, McCain, Romney.
Conservatives are trying to take the party back to conservative values and policies.
The never Trumper’s just care about looks not results.
Rino’s never were really conservative. They are just republicans who worry more about image than results. Heck they hated Reagan. But loved Bush, McCain and Romney.
I think we are doing just fine.
You can find the rino’s. It easy. A true conservative would never vote for Biden.
You all are so far off base you don’t even know what’s going on.
Trumps election had nothing to do with loving Trump. It had to do with being tired of being lied to by a bunch of pretend conservatives who never had the guts to stand up and fight for what their voters wanted.

Then where are these conservatives complaining about Trump bailing out farmers and the exploding debt?
Many thought the same in 2016.
So you voted for an actual democrat masquerading as a republican who acts like an entitled toddler, lies all the time, and constantly whines about how “persecuted” he is.
Brilliant!
I’ll stick with voting for an adult. Hopefully a party will rise up that is actually conservative before 2024. Libertarians at least are more conservative than the new GOP. Maybe they can fill in the gap.
I’ve been complaining since the 90’s when the farm program started and made farmers slaves.
I voted for a candidate who had a conservative agenda. Instead of acting like a child and voting for someone out of hate.
Unlike you who are going to vote for a candidate who acts like a bully, lies all the time, calls people names and will enact a totally far left agenda.
With your hate and help you are making sure a conservative will never sit in the White House again for a very long time maybe never
. Conservatives are the people who elected Trump because you rino’s don’t want a conservative you want dem light. You may get what you want. Just know we will never let you forget who brought leftist rule for years.
So don’t whine about what happens next if Biden makes it to the White House.
So when Trump bailed out the farmers, I can search that thread and see you angry at him?
