There has already been debates (so many debates) on this. One side has said the tax cuts have increased revenue and the other has stated that the increase would have happened regardless of the tax cuts and therefore the tax cuts did not cause the increase and in fact decreased the increase. This has been stated with studies cited to no avail. There is no more debate from one side because there is no discussion. It is just repeating of talking points from the 80s.

I guess if you repeat it long enough, it becomes true because there is no critical thinking here on the subject of tax cuts and economic growth.
