How much money does it take to have a vote exactly?
I think there should be impeachment. But we don’t need committee meetings, televised hearings, etc.
House- introduce and vote, send to senate.
Senate- 4 hours debate. House managers play the phone call to GA, play his speech to the crowd on the 6th and that’s it.
We all know what happened after that… defender of the president can have 2 hours to respond. Then vote.
Seems pretty inexpensive to me

I’m more concerned about how libs suddenly like the Patriot Act and the idea of the government spying on American citizens. When crazy people have a change of heart, it usually means they’ve fallen further into madness.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,
The prinipal officers of the executive departement – you know.
Since there is not other body congress has designated.
Once that letter is transmitted, president can transmit a letter that says he IS able to discharge the power and duties of the president.
Since congress is technically still in session, they have 48 hours to meet. If they don’t meet within the 48 hours, the president retains his presidencty. If congress does meet then they need a 2/3 vote in BOTH houses to remove him under the 25th amendment.
determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,
So to sum up.
VP and majority of cabinet must submet a letter.
President can object (and remains in power during the objection)
Congress has 48 hours to convene to vote
2/3 of house must vote in favor of letter from VP and cabinet, then 2/3 of senate must vote in favor of the letter from VP and cabinet.

Bro, politicians love grandstanding. That is why we need term limits.
Stretch Pelosi needs to flail her arms around and talk giberish
Why isn’t there an option for angry armed mob battering the WH door down and escorting him out with zip-tied wrists?

So no acting person once the main quits? It would fall to the acting.
I don’t support violence nor any mob takeover of government.
The United States is supposed to be the shining beacon on the hill and an example on the world state. President Trump’s antics have dimmed that beacon, but we can make it shine brightly again if we commit to the peaceful transfer of power which has been the American way for centuries.
