No, this was the sheriff and the school districts fault ! I was a campus supervisor in California and know exactly how Liberal ran school districts handle situations. Denial and then blame because they do not do the right thing over and over and as you could see for yourself, everyone involved had a false story to tell. Its a sick C. Y. A bull crap story every time. “We knew this person had big problems BUT…”
