Witnesses are commonly wrong … sometimes they deliberately lie.

Knowing that is a possibility, why would you resist?

Not necessarily, but you as the arrestee have to take it into consideration.

Non compliance does not warrant execution. There is no justification for shooting a non-violent, unarmed SUSPECT in the back. Was he involved in ACTUAL criminal activity? Or was he breaking up a fight?

Shooting an unarmed non-violent suspect is NEVER justified. Any American trying to justify that behavior should familiarize themselves with the Bill Of Rights

Does a knife count as a violent threat? Does reaching into a car to get something,against their instruction, constitute a threat? Does getting tazed and still walk away, constitute a threat?
