Do you know what you’re trying to do is called?

Or a white person living in a majority minority community.

I am trying to have a conversation, but you keep asking gotcha questions, instead of simply discussing.

What percentage?

Yes, propaganda.

Of what?

If you know…just type it.

What percentage of black Americans live in poverty?

I’m brown as hell and I’ve honestly only experienced racism three times in my life. All three involved the families of white women I was dating at the time. One was simply harmless ignorance. The other two were much worse.

But that’s it. Outside of those three times, I’ve never had a personal run in with what I would call “racial animosity.”

For you. :man_shrugging:

And you think we should listen to you?

Dude, you’re a lib.

Cool…what area are you in?

Maybe you’re the exception that proves the rule.

And you are a con.

We are both humans, on the same planet.

We either keep crapping on each other, or find a way to get along.

That’s what it’s going to take.

Part of the problem is people like yourself, who in their effort to feel virtuous, choose to ignore reality, which exacerbates the problem even more. The facts have been presented and your lame excuse has been noted. Here’s another fact; the absence of fathers in the home is the root of this evil we’re discussing. It makes you wonder how say…Chicago celebrates Father’s Day? Let’s have a look?

104 shot, 15 fatally, over Father’s Day weekend in Chicago

Now…come up with another lame excuse that can find some virtue in all of this.

I actually live in Mississippi.

Now I will say that I’ve dealt with racial ignorance on more occasions. The simple, mostly harmless stuff. Misconceptions. But they were things that could be simply ignored.

But those two times I mentioned was the only time I have actually felt like the people hated me because of my race.

Far more than twice for me as a white kid in a predominately black neighborhood. I tend to agree with the rest of America, see earlier poll I linked. Today’s racists are predominately black people. Why? Because everyone else is taught over and over that racism is wrong while they are taught whites are out to get them and are holding them down. So it’s hardly a surprising little fact.
