Is every school counselor successful in preventing a suicide of a student they work with?

My point is even if Obama wasn’t successful in controlling his crowd, a least he tried. Trump doesn’t even try. In this micro view, success is very hard to achieve but multiply this sediment and it will begin to spark change.
