Procedurally, only the court that has proper venue can ultimately dismiss the case.
When this case arrives in the Eastern District of Michigan, SpaceX will be able to file a motion to dismiss which will very likely be granted.
The woman has paid a $400.00 filing fee, plus the cost of paying a process server to serve SpaceX with the suit. SpaceX could ask for attorneys fees and costs since this is a frivolous case, but likely won’t do so since those costs are insignificant. They will likely just file a straight motion to dismiss.
Well you no doubt have degrees in these subjects and can show studies?
I know… you just assume it’s all good.
Statistics at a Glance: The Burden of Cancer Worldwide

They are satellite signals from space are they not? Unless you’re walking around in a Faraday cage, you’re getting bombarded with the same signals. For the last fifty years plus.
Corporations never do that. Why target Space X when their signals are weaker than the radio signals from your local FM station? Something smells fishy here.
“The number of people with Parkinson’s is increasing. Our new figures show that on average, 50 people are diagnosed every day. It’s more urgent than ever to find better treatments and a cure for this condition.
“Over the last few decades we have unlocked vital research discoveries. The science is now ready – we won’t wait for a treatment that can stop, slow or reverse Parkinson’s.
“I want to change these statistics. Pioneering research is the only way to bring the day when we can say, ‘People used to have Parkinson’s.”
Also, they may be onto something figuring out why;
A new study finds that the number of new cases per year of Parkinson’s disease (PD), and related diseases known as parkinsonisms, may have increased over a 30-year period. A possible explanation lies in the dramatic decline in cigarette smoking in recent decades. The research appears in the June 20 online edition of JAMA Neurology .
When space junk is falling on people every day, someone might reconsider what they are doing, but in the meantime, with invisible waves and very paltry research studies, than it should be stopped until they know.
With 5G the one decent study shows brain tumors in rats around 2-3 percent.
