I’ll go further because I have no issue with the government enforcing laws and punishing criminals. But this whole thread started over the appropriate language for talking about people who break the law. Let the legal system work without treating people like crap.

We should no more call aliens who break our immigration laws “illegal aliens” than we call people who break our laws against robbery “robbers”.
