Weaponizing the legal system to go after their political opponents, prosecuting people, getting them fired, universities shutting up anyone who said anything the socialists didn’t like or tow the party line, beatings in public with no prosecution of those doing the beatings. In short, every single thing the left is DOING NOW!
They are literally terrified. We NEED to HEED the WARNING!
I have relatives who escaped places like that, some still alive and some passed on. They’ve been saying that since the sixties. (and earlier I’m sure but I’m not THAT old) Their fear is much greater than ours, for obvious reasons. Some I have noticed, are easily led astray, even jumping on the conspiracy theory bandwagon that would ultimately bring them right back to authoritarian rule. Paranoia will destroy ya.
The people who are now very worried about weaponizing the legal system sure didn’t feel that way when they were threatening to lock Hillary up, or now as they go after Hunter Biden.
No one is “terrified” that what is happening to Trump is ushering in a new era of Tyranny and a dictatorship.
Seriously, its time for some people to get a grip. Sure you can be angry at whats happening to Trump and even genuinely believe that this is part of an orchestrated even to deny Trump the presidency but the screams of tyranny and its the end of a Republic are a bit much.
I recall similar OUTRAGE over Obama’s civilian police force or whatever it was what he said. I also recall similar screaming in the early noughties about Sharia law was the biggest threat to America. Plenty of threads were started that Sharia Law was infecting our cities and courts.
There is no one locking up Hillary or Hunter, rhetoric and action are two different things. The latest action against a former president and current front runner has never been done before and will set the new standard for how to deal with one’s political opponents from those in power.
Come on man. Trump has been the key cheer leader for Lock her up chants. He truths regularly about the corrupt Biden family and their illegal dealings. Trust me if there was direct evidence of crimes, Trump supporters would be more than happy to see them jailed.

They have been crooked for decades. That is true. I’m still not for locking Biden up. He deserves it but that kind of thing is going to become normal, going after political enemies through prosecutions. It’s going to become nation-wide and will destroy us. The left only lives for today, consequences irrelevant.
But tomorrow if it comes, is the day of reckoning and the democrats will rue the day. How would you like to see both sides do this? THEY WILL if the left kicks it off. How would you like to see the Obama’s, Clinton’s, Biden’s, and their families all prosecuted by a vengeful righty with the Venue in the middle of West Virginia? WV is not far from DC…
How would you like to see 2/3 of the democrats in congress under indictment all at once? It CAN happen. At some point it will just be self defense for each party to do it when they hold power just to keep it from happening to them.
Don’t think it can’t happen? This crap is going to hit the fan if it keeps up. It’s the logical end of it all. I didn’t say rational, I said logical, if the party in power feels it must to survive, to keep themselves out of jail if the other party gets in power, they will.
Also don’t discount the “Bubba effect” where some guy or guys from one side or the other decides they have to blow up something?
I DO NOT WANT to see any of this, this is a dark road we are heading down, and cooler heads won’t prevail forever. If one side feels they have no voice, no recourse, or are totally ignored that is the point when the really bad things happen.
If you think it won’t blow back on you, either your don’t know history, don’t understand human nature, or are simply completely deluded, or all the above.
It’s way easier to loose liberty that to gain it. Once lost, it won’t come back. The freedom we enjoy is an historical anomaly. Let’s all decide not to go down this road. I keep hearing the left here saying why didn’t the right “lock her up” or etc. if they thought it was deserved and had the power, accusing the right of not really thinking they had a real reason, etc. It’s not that, it’s that we don’t want to go down the road to destruction. I believe they all deserve it, but also don’t want to ruin the country to give them what they probably got coming. It’s insane.
You would have a point if HIllary was locked up or even tried. Nope. It took you leftist to show us the evil of locking up your political enemies. How low the democrats have fallen. As the leftist like to say history is not going to look back favorably one what the leftist are doing today.
