The former town, a lot of wealthy families live near I 495–where the Westborough McD’s is.
The Northborough one is within 15 minutes on Route 9.
Use a real estate site like Trulia & Zillow to check property values in those towns.
McD’s more likely to be in poorer areas, that’s hilarious
