i don’t have to read his mind, all anyone has to do is look at the politics of it. the left is going no-where. he fears alienating the middle, which tells us his answer. The American people deserve that answer up front, so they know what they’re voting for.

exactly, they go forward with Biden regardless. the only voters in danger of being alienated are those who would oppose packing the court if he said he would. he will. thats why he refuses to answer. this is not some silly question about whether or not anyone will do what they already have done numerous times and condemn white supremacists. this is the nature of government being affected for generations. the people deserve a straight answer.

goos luck or not, this is not a run of the mill political question that won’t effect anyone even for the next five minutes, the answer to this question will effect generations.
The PUSA isn’t the only person that is required to pack the court. Senate has to be onboard too which is why his response was for voters to go vote on senate elections.
