Biden doesn’t have to make his position clear. Everyone knows a court packing move is likely if he wins and gets a Dem Senate. And they can somewhat control that likelihood. They can’t with Trump…they can only punish him and the GOP for doing something they were against.

So my calculus still stands

Everyone may know it but if the Senate isn’t flipped as well as Biden winning, it isn’t going to happen. And if everyone knows it, then why won’t Biden be honest about his position?

ANY questions. If one pays close attention to what is being asked of a politician of any stripe, and close attention to the answer, less than half of questions get answered, sometimes far less than half.

its not up to people to decide what they believe about whether he’d expand the court and Senate, its up to him to tell them. the people have a right to know what he intends to do with their government.

what question is trump asked that he doesn’t answer? What are you going to do? bring up his taxes? who gives a ■■■■ about his taxes other than those who think they can embarrass him personally? they don’t effect me or my government for generations.

No one is saying the Dems wouldn’t do otherwise.

But good to see you coming around to reality.

The majority of swing voters don’t want a packed court, but they also want the filling of the seat to wait until after the election to be chosen by the winner.

What remains to be seen is what will upset these voters more…and if they realize they can’t stop Trump and the GOP but they can punish them, but they CAN stop the court packing by electing Biden but not giving him the Senate.

he has, and he will. he just won’t say it out loud. he didn’t say he hadn’t made up his mind, he said “I won’t answer that question”. The clear implication is he has an answer but won’t say it for fear of alienating some voters. which ones?
