Local jurisdictions decide whether a mask is warranted in public. Biden knew all along that there was no Federal mask police to enforce everyone to wear a mask. Nor does the Federal government have knowledge of local conditions. Biden did nothing with his asking everyone to wear a mask…and the media loved hin for it.
Something like 200 idiots trespassed the capitol on their own. What they would or wouldn’t do if Trump told them is irrelevant. He only told them to protest. There aren’t enough of them to make a difference if the wore masks, anyway.
