Yeah I’m starting to think this is the strategy. He declares an emergency, orders funding to be redirected from other parts of the Defense budget toward the Wall. Democrats sue. The Courts prevent Trump from diverting money to the Wall. He gets to tweet that he tried everything he could but the democrats and the liberal court and the swamp are all against him.

What will happen is the Democrats will show they are FOR border security, are not “open border” supporters like Mr. Trump likes to lie and claim, and they will show that they favor solutions that actually address the problem, while explaining how wasting tax dollars on a stupid wall will do nothing to address the actual problem. They will fact-check the multiple lies Mr. Trump will most certainly spew, and they will confirm what the majority of America agrees with, that Mr. Trump promised Mexico would pay for the wall, and now he is holding the government hostage over American taxpayers not funding it.
