Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi fiercely defended recently sworn-in representatives this week; saying there is absolutely “no taint” of anti-Semitism in the Democratic Party after weeks of negative headlines and multiple accusations.
Pelosi was speaking with CNN during an overseas trip to Europe when she was asked to comment on a series of anti-Israeli remarks made by Rep. Ilhan Omar and others in recent weeks.

“We are concerned about anti-Semitism raising its head all over, including in our home country… This is nothing new for us,” said Pelosi.
“No, we have no taint of that in the Democratic Party,” she added.
