Just like I said before the election, that Trump could win, Manafort could also be completely exonerated. People shouldn’t assume anything until the trial actually happens. Evidence could be thrown out. New information could come out. Some wild and crazy twist could change everything.

Looks like the judge also asked the Prosecutors to name the other ~30 witnesses who will be called to testify against Manafort as well. Not looking great for Paulie at all here.

Anybody report yet on who the five are that are getting immunity? I haven’t seen anything.
Not yet. It will likely be this afternoon after the recess they are on is over, and proceedings resume. Also, that is when Judge Ellis will make his ruling on whether to delay the trial or allow it to proceed Wednesday.

I thought jury selection begins Wednesday with the trial to start Friday.
That is correct. But voir dire is the official start of the trial itself, if I am not mistaken.
Pretty sure Tony Podesta is on that list.

Looks like the trial will be delayed by 1 week. Not good for Manafort. His day in court will begin on 07/31/18.
