Yeah thats the rub. If Manafort is gonna get a guilty plea deal, he will only do so by rolling over as a prosecution witness against Trump.
Nope. The second trial, like the first one, has everything to do with the fact Paul Manafort is a despicable, lying, cheating, unscrupulous criminal fraud.
Thankfully the legitimate Special Counsel Robert Mueller lead probe into possible Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential Election was able to uncover these unassociated Paul Manafort crimes.
Thank God and Rob Rosenstein for giving legitimate Special Counsel Robert Mueller the charge of acting on any and all crimes uncovered in the Election probe, not just possible Russian interference.
If not for that Paul Manafort the criminal would likely never ever have been investigated and stood trial for his rampant criminality.
This second trial doesn’t need any Russian talk because the prosecutors have a plenty of evidence of criminal activity by the scum bag Manafort to bring before the jury.

Without the Trump supporter, Manafort would have been convicted of 10 more counts.

Tax evasion and bank fraud… so, despicable. He should have went for old no doc loans, like during the bush years… So much bank fraud not prosecuted back then, despicable…

There were 12 counts against the scum Manafort. In this indictment. He is deserving of the term scum or lowlife or many other terms his previous CONVICTION warrants. He is despicable. Just because he wore a 3 piece suit, had manicured nails, and donned an ostrich jacket while committing his crimes makes him no less a sesoicable scumbag.
I am curious? Did you include those other comments and the Forbes article as a deflection away from Manaforts crimes?
They can still offer him a plea deal based on who knows what from him in return…
