Have you even read the Trump “peace plan” for Israel and Palestine?
It was a disaster waiting to happen.

Meh. The Palestinian question needs to be settled. The current system of apartheid just won’t do.

But hey: I support Israel’s right to exist, yet the minute they stop taking our money, I’ll be okay with leaving them to their fate.

There weren’t disasters “waiting to happen”. They’ve been happening for centuries and Trump’s attempt was one of the first attempts EVER…to resolve them.

It sure as heck was not the first attempt ever.

Just . Everything.

The Palestinians are offended that the Israelis breathe the same air that they do.

How on earth does anyone negotiate with a side that holds those sort of views towards the other side?

It can’t be done. And it’s stupid to even try.

Another American politician trying to intercede a situation that he could never hope to understand.

The Israelis gave them self rule in Gaza.

What did the Palestinians do with it?

They elected a bunch of terrorist garbage.

It’s not hard to understand. If one tries.

Western politicians tend to approach the Palestinian situation with prior Anti-Israeli bias.

If they would just open their eyes for a moment and read the history, they could possibly understand.

But most of them are unwilling to do that. They have a bias to confirm.
