NYTimes / Siena poll out today.
In Pennsylvania, Democrat John Fetterman led Republican Mehmet Oz by 5 points, 49 percent to 44 percent.
In other races …
Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) leads Republican challenger Blake Masters by 6 points in the state’s Senate race, new polling shows.
In Georgia, Democrat Raphael Warnock led Republican Herschel Walker by just 3 points, 49 percent to 46 percent. And in Nevada, Democrat Catherine Cortez Masto and Republican Adam Laxalt were tied, each with 47 percent.

Not the Senate race but a PA Dim House candidate gets his ass beat at 5 AM now claiming he’s been a “target”. Reading the article if correct, he finds someone “in his backyard” at 5 AM with his back to him then he proceeds to “bear hug” the person, then gets thrown to the ground and the ■■■■ kicked out of him? A 69-year-old tough guy? .It’s obvious somebody doesn’t like this chooch. I’m still trying to get past the “at 5 AM someone in his backyard” thing.

Nah!
White privilege doesn’t exist, remember?

Fetterman shouldn’t be in the Senate with his current health condition, however, voting for someone just because they trigger the other side became a thing 6 years ago, so It’s quite possible Fetterman may just hold on and win.

Or they are planning on Shapiro winning and can replace Fetterman if he steps down due to health reasons. It’s too late to replace him on the ballot and many want that seat to be held by a D so they are voting for him to prevent Oz from taking the seat.

I’d say the same about Walker here in GA. Get rid of Warnock and Kemp can replace Herschel if it comes to that; but hopefully Kemp learned his lesson with Loeffler. She was a terrible choice.

Again, quite possibly.
Especially since, like I have said a couple times, this race is likely going to a runoff, and if the runoff happens with the Senate sitting at 50-49 GOP, Walker will win. Republicans who don’t like him will hold their noses and vote for him because control of the Senate is at stake.
And there will be no Donald Trump telling MAGAs not to vote because the whole thing is rigged as he did in 2020.

That really pissed me off when he did that - he handed the Senate to Schumer on a platinum platter.

So little respect for the office and the people they are supposed to serve wouldn’t you say?

Absolutely, but electing someone to stick to the other side precedent has already been set. We never get better; politics will just keep getting uglier and uglier.

Mental fitness, morality, health, age, none of it matters anymore. All that matters is the letter behind the name and how they’ll vote when in office. Both sides have made this clear.
Probably the plan because Fetterman belongs in an assisted living or nursing home at this point.

No reason to replace Walker. He still has his mental faculties unlike Fetterman.
In fact he had enough mental faculties to clearly out debate Warnock.

They need to replace him this is just sad watching he is clearly mentally unfit for office and should be getting help instead of being hauled around stuttering over words on national tv…
