Over 45,000 new illegals in 5 days

That didn’t originate on this forum.

Why are you deflecting to Trump to defend your stupid comment?

Probably more like 0.5%. To qualify for asylum, a person must be able to demonstrate that they were persecuted or had a legitimate fear of persecution in their home country due to their race, religion, nationality, social group or political opinion. The vast majority of those sneaking across the border are doing so only because they are poor and have no prospects to improve their economic situation at home. Almost none actually fit the written criteria to qualify.

But now, under the Biden immigration policy, everyone from a country that does persecute some of its citizens, (namely Venezuela) is automatically regarded as eligible, and everyone who spouts the word “asylum” once they get across the border, is given the benefit of the doubt and thus given consideration for sanctuary here. Technically, the way Biden’s people are interpreting the rules, a Taliban terrorist could qualify for asylum by claiming that if he was sent back before completing his mission to kill Americans that he would be killed by his people for failing to have done so.

C’mon man … because T R U U U U M P !!!

wasnt a stupid comment. just not my best which is better than 99% of yours.

trump for speaker is a dumb idea from MAGA. i am sure you agree.

Allan

from the immigration stats from last year.

“The latest available data reveal that the number of asylum seekers waiting for asylum hearings in the U.S. has now reached at least 1,565,966 individuals”

thats a lot of asylum seekers awaiting their day in court.
now add this year to that total.

thats a lot of immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.

dont you agree?

Allan

and you would be incorrect.

immigrationcourt from the syracuse immigration records show in the recent release.

you should look up the facts before spouting off off the top of the head incorrect musings.

23,000 deported
6,000 granted asylum

you could not be more wrong Samm.

Allan

the backlog of cases is unacceptable, i will agree with that.

way too many case unadjudicated.

Allan

I agree that it’s another one of your stupid posts. Those stats confirm only what the poster said, that this number mumbled the words “asylum seeker”…and they aren’t “immigrants”. They’re illegal aliens who have entered our country illegally mumbling the word “asylum”. The good news is there was once plenty of libs who didn’t care like yourself but now…they’re having to put their money where their mouth is and all that’s changing quite fast.

don’t you agree?

Good post. The fact is that the Biden Administration has bastardized the legal process and laws regarding asylum and are simply using asylum as a ruse to justify their open borders philosophy.

What the ■■■■ does the average American care about a bunch of phony Asylum seekers who believe their entitled to “seek asylum” in America? Furthermore, as I’ve said numerous times, there’s about 3 billion people that would love to come to the US to “asylum seek.”

Now THAT’S a stupid comment. :+1:

You are right, I was wrong. 6,000 granted immunity out of 2.76 million who entered illegally last year equals 0.23% not 0.5%. Even if you only count asylum applicants (1.6 million) it’s only 0.38%.

The image that you bleeding-heart libs love to paint of the poor immigrants fleeing persecution is a rarity.

If not now (there is a stiff competition) I am confident he will get there.

Way too many when you realize most of them have no serious claim. If all those central and South American countries are brutalizing their own people based on race, religion or political beliefs, why are we on good terms with them?
Those countries aren’t filled with concentration camps.
There should be a limit to about a thousand asylum seekers a year, after very close scrutiny.
If we can’t get hold of this scam, we need to just end asylum altogether.

Uh huh…

So you can’t justify your deflection to Trump to defend a ridiculous statement.

Thank you for the confirmation.

These people are now marching ing into America with no work, no visible source of support, no where to live…they are sleeping in our parks, our schools, our streets….

It shouldn’t matter if they are asylum seekers at this point our not. They get a notice to appear what…in 2027…

Folks if we can’t even hear their asylum claim until 2027 why are they coming into this country? We have no where to put them, multiple immigrants are being pressed into some form of slavery, have been raped or died on the trip, and the American people are running out of places in both small border towns and big cities for these people to live!

There is nothing good coming from this border nightmare…
