They are illegal aliens and subject to detention and deportation just for being here. It does not matter if they are suspected or arrested for another crime, in fact, deporting them before they can be tried is doing them a favor.
In fact, we should make being in the country illegally and committing another crime a felony. Just like Trump, no need to prove the other crime actually occurred or even charge them for it. make the penalty 10 yrs. suspend it upon deportation, enforce it if they come back.
If the goal was really to remove illegals the only tool needed to get out 95% of them is jail and huge fines for anyone employing an illegal, this is common sense.
That isnât the goal though, maga is as gullible as dems
if you find someone in MAGA that opposes large fines for employing an illegal, let us know. The problem with that approach is not the philosophy of it, its the proving that someone âknowinglyâ hired an illegal alien when the federal government does not allow employers to challenge the documentation presented for proof of employment eligibility. I like most, support the SS verification thingy (whatever its called), but having used it, I know its not perfect and illegals still get jobs. It used to be that after a couple months youâd get a letter telling you that the documentation was invalid or something else was wrong, and then you had to get other documentation and the person could not work until they bought it to you. Under Biden, the SS department stopped sending those letters, so you donât even know if there was a problem.
That is true but ultimately the responsibility lies with the employer. When it is discovered a business is employing large numbers of illegal immigrants its difficult to blame the system. Sure if its just one or two I can accept they slipped through.
Introduce jail time for the CEO and and magically this issue would vanish. So over those who run a company happy to take all the credit that goes with success but when the reverse happens suddenly its just some bad actors lower down the chain.
On the subject of SSN letters, seems this practice has not been discontinued. From Grok
The Social Security Administration (SSA) has continued the practice of sending âno-matchâ letters, which notify employers of discrepancies between the names and SSNs reported on W-2 forms and the SSAâs records. This practice was revived in 2019 during the Trump administration and has not been reported to be discontinued under the Biden administration.
Most illegals are working low wage jobs not thieving and raping, you think they picking crops and washing dishes sub min wage while also raping and thievingđ¤Ł. Why is punishing criminals leftist.
It wont be done because it would effect both side donors and the actual goal isnt too get rid of illegals
