There is nothing in the Constitution giving the Federal government the power to “ban” anything. In fact, if something is legal inside a State, the Federal Government has no say until it crosses the border where it then becomes an “interstate” issue.

Then make smoking pot in front of your kids illegal. My kids are gone, it has no effect on them if I decide I want to use an edible in the privacy of my home any more than if I have a single malt scotch. And I modeled responsible alcohol use for my kids when they were home, I showed them how to have a glass or two of wine with dinner and not drink to get drunk. As well as explaining to them why it was something for adults and not children due to biological factors. They were better off for having seen it. Had marijuana been legal I would have done the same, modeled responsible adult use while explaining why it wasn’t for adolescents. I don’t care to be punished for the irresponsibility of others.

That sounds much better. :slight_smile: I’ll check the link from home this evening. Our stores, for medical, seem to average around $20-25 plus a pretty low tax. Can be found cheaper, but yes - lower quality. Although I never seem to require more than one good hit on the vaporizer of anyhing.

Fix the inner cities and don’t exchange corrupt blackmarket for corrupt Government opportunism. Rid the country of Gangs, foreign or domestic.

Legalize seeds and growing pot for personal use. If people are too dumb to not be able to grow it themselves for personal use…make that the IQ test.
