I’ve read an awful lot of the thread, but when they combined threads and some large blocks I skipped over some, maybe this was addressed earlier, but here goes.

So according to ford, she was pinned to the bed, the music was turned up and the door locked. She’s getting groped, and grinded on. She attempts to scream, but Kavanaugh puts his hand over her mouth to prevent it. She’s terrified she’s going to be raped or inadvertently killed. judge jumps on the pile and they all fall to the floor, giving her the opportunity to get away and she runs for the bathroom.

Now, just a few seconds earlier, she’s afraid she will be raped and/or killed but couldn’t scream because of his hand. Why isn’t she screaming her head off now?? Screaming, and screaming and screaming. Why not??

Anyone talk this out yet?? Any conclusions??

I don’t know where you got the idea that he cannot ask. Kavanaugh didn’t say that when given the opportunity. Instead he just decided to stare ahead. So brave.

Yes, if all she has is her own story about what happened, which is what happens much of the time, then her account isn’t evidence, is worthless, and she should just shut up about whatever happened to her.

Her account of what happened is evidence once she states it on the record. She also offered as evidice that her account was true by offering 4 witnesses. Kavanaugh and Judge – who she says attacked her. They denied it. Okay he said she said. Then she offered 2 witnesses not involved. PJ and Leland Keyser. Both have said that they don’t recall the party. Leland is a lifelong friend of ford and wouldn’t back her story and said instead she was never at a party where both Ford and Kavanaugh were there.

Then she brings forth 4 other “witnesses” whom she told AFTER her theropy session in 2012. 2 of them said she didn’t mention Kavanaugh by name.
