I saw it. A man who’s lost his entire reputation, to a woman who offers nothing of substance but her word. I’d be pretty enraged as well. He teared up when speaking of his children, friends and parents.

I had the Mikkeller/3 Floyd’s/WarPigs Lazurite and thought it was great, but most of his beers (Mikkeller) are too heavy for me.

Trying to keep Twitter posts down, however Ken White makes an excellent point regarding Kavenaugh’s angry/emotional opening.

His act didn’t confuse me as to why he chose to act outraged.

The thinking may be "people who are falsely accused of terrible things are furious and defiant." That may be true. But people CORRECTLY accused of terrible things are also furious and defiant. So, as a strategy to convince, it's not effective for me.

Don’t get me started on 3 Floyd’s. They don’t come this far unfortunately. But I have had some of their beers. Last time I was in Chicago, was the most recent. But, because of my friendship, I have been able to drink Zombie Dust on more than a few occasions, which is like liquid gold. My friend has been asking Mike Floyd for years now to let him be the first distributor in MO to carry the brand. I have no clue if it will happen anytime soon though. They don’t seem to really care to expand beyond their current territory.

As for Mikkeller or Evil Twin, I have not that I am aware of. But am now very intrigued.

Yeah… I am in NYC and can get Mikkeller and Evil twin any time… I think that they are both resting on their laurels.

I do have four and soon to be five breweries in my neighborhood… two of them owned by friends of mine…and they put out really good beer.

Some of the best beer though I think is coming out of Maine Breweries these days.
