That only goes for choking and obstructed airways, actually. Old wives tale.

I have seen people in full blown respiratory distress state they couldn’t breath, even when their sat was below 60%. You can transfer air to talk, but that alone is not sufficient to sustain life. It takes a bit more air than that.

People HERE.

not when the throat is compressed

i dont see how that changes my question

but it’s a good indicator of what a sham trial this is

he’s going to be guilty by the power of woke

No- by the power of that video and eyewitness testimony.

The real meaning of law, motive and fair trial, is pushed aside by snarling animals in the jungle.

yeah sure

and not wanting to cause another summer of blm racist riots looting and murder

but they’ll prob do it regardless of outcome.

Chauvin is a murderer.

oh the verdict’s out?

Side of the neck. Cuts off half the blood flow via the carotid artery. Still can talk. Problem is the weight and laying prone means you cannot inspire deeply because you cannot expand the chest wall adequately. The trachea was never compressed, he couldn’t breath because he was being pinned.

You could see him try and rotate his shoulder up to open up those ribs initially but he tired and eventually succumbed to anoxia.

No, I have seen the video. This isn’t a close call, and it isn’t a he said, she said. It is a video of a man in handcuffs being killed by a police officer while other police officers watched.

Me, I’m just waiting for the verdict. I’ll go along with whatever they decide.

1st degree.

The full tape and audio is the star witness.
He knew he killed Floyd and kept the knee on him after he died to create some “We were securing the suspect alibi.”

Chauvin Attorney: “A stressful situation can affect memory, right?”

Minneapolis EMT “Yes. That’s why it’s great that we have it on video.”

was he trying to kill him?

Yes he killed him. This is obvious.

The testimony of someone trained in EMS begging them to start CPR virtually blew to smithereens any cockemamy excuses those ■■■■■■■ cops may try to use. I’m generally trustful of EMTs. They have no reason to lie - this is actually very simple.

But yes, everyone deserves their day in court and plus I really hope there are no riots.
