I first heard of this in December. They finally got around to suspending her with pay while the investigation moves forward.
She was having threesomes with her staffers and hiring her boyfriend since evidently waiting until after work was torturing her too much.
She fired people who wouldn’t help her campaign for election and hired people who contributed money (and, ahem, other things).
The moral to this story: Do not elect a nymphomaniac as Judge. 
In her defense, this is Kentucky.

Informally, extremely high.
President could theoretically nominate a street bum to SCOTUS if he wanted to. Obviously the Senate would not confirm.
