Recently sworn-in Congresswoman Ilhan Omar doubled-down on her previous anti-Israeli remarks this week; directly comparing the Jewish State with the United States during the Civil Rights era and saying they’re simply “not a democracy.”
I am sure that Rep. Omar would find conditions in the free and enlightened Islamic countries of Africa and the Middle East to be much more to her liking. Oh, wait, she fled her home country to escape the tender mercies of the enlightened Mullahs. Maybe she should go back and lead the efforts to improve conditions there. I bet they would great her with open arms.
This lady is a nut job. How in the world did she get in congress? She definitely needs to go back to her own country, we don’t want Socialism or communism. Someone needs to remind her she is in America. 70% tax hike? And we’re supposed to live how?
Why is it that a plumber, electrician, doctor, Lawyer or engineer must have a license but any kook can be elected to congress?
Agree. However, she is correct, about one thing. America, is not a Democracy. It’s a Republic.
In a limited context, she is correct, the US is not a democracy. It is set up as a representative republic.
The irony is that is that very system that allowed her to reach the second highest legislative branch in the nation.

This is what happens when you have lazy voters who do not do their due diligence and get suckered with Democrat Party identity politics. In the past week Democrat Party leaders have been exposed as racists against Jews, whites, and blacks; communists and/or anti-capitalists who evidently flunked mathematics and never took economics; anarchists with repeated cries for open borders; and enthusiastic sponsors of infanticide! What a sick party Democrats have become!
Just another example of how far gone parts of this country I love has went to have voted a whack job like this into office. The people who voted her in deserve her. We on the other hand do not. Sad day in this country that I have spent 32 years of my blood, time and sweat defending only to come home and see people like this leading it. She has contributed nothing into making this country what it is like many others who want to squat on the success of people who work their fingers to the bone to make a living only to have nut jobs like this want to take it all away for their own purposes. This socialist nutjob woman is a disgrace to have in the Congress of the United States. She needs to go to the Middle East where she’ll fit in with what she wants to do to the United States. She should also be told to dress like an American, this is not Palestine. We’ve been infiltrated by these socialist whackos. The question is why are they here when they should be in the socialist countries that think as they do. All these socialist misfits are here to tear down the United States, its freedoms and luxuries we enjoy. Don’t they know that if they tax billionaires and millionaires a ridiculous 90% tax rate that our economy will go down the toilet as well as our jobs. How do they think the United States citizens will be able to live. I for one will be ready to fight the nutjobs and do everything we can to get them out of the United States. She represents a district that is majority Muslim…Many of those people are highly prejudiced against Christians and especially Jews.
The irony is this is one of the few countries on the planet that actually recognizes women as equals to men.
Yet, she hates everything about our freedoms, economy, culture and way of life.
