Culture is a result. It is driven by context and systems. It is generated by generators. Something Marcuse et al. understood very well.

The way you change a culture (long term) and behaviors (shorter term, easier) is by changing the context in which they occur.

Culture is nothing more than “the way we do things”.

What CT does is to seize control of the generators, change the context, and generate a new culture. That new culture will then give rise to a revolution, changing the form of government, allowing for a systemization of that new… everything.
